  • When can I move in?

    You can move in during normal office hours, or if you have a credit card, you may use our self-service system to move in anytime.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day notice before you move out.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

  • How do I make a payment?

    We encourage all tenants to take advantage of our automatic payment system. It’s worry and hassle free, keeps your account up to date with on-time payments and no late fees. You may also pay in person, mail a check or money order. Be sure mailed payments are sent early enough to be received by the first of the month.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash, checks or money orders.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell some moving/storage supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call the office for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    No food of any kind whatsoever, even if canned or sealed. No liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, illegal or toxic materials, nor perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. Do not store irreplaceable or items of great sentimental value, those items should be stored in a bank safe deposit box.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

  • How do I protect my items?

    While we do our best to protect your property, we cannot insure your property, nor protect it against any perils of any kind. Life happens... and that's why we offer and highly encourage insurance. Check with your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if off-site storage is covered (some do not or only a small fraction of the actual value). Protect your items by securing one of our low cost, no deductible insurance policies. All items stored at our facility are stored at your own risk.
